ONE RACE
FOUR SPORTS

Four disciplines that used to run separately, stitched onto a single course.

ROAD RUNNING section
01 · RUN

ROAD RUNNING

3 km of road inside the 5 km course. The most accessible section, built for first-time runners and running crews alike.

TRAIL RUNNING section
02 · TRAIL

TRAIL RUNNING

1 km of forest path through Guibong Park. Elevation and natural terrain left as they are.

OBSTACLE RACE section
03 · OBSTACLE

OBSTACLE RACE

1 km with 10 obstacles - walls, ropes, nets, tunnels. Whether you clear them directly affects your result.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS section
04 · HYROX

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Endurance stations built on rowers and ski ergs. The section for the CrossFit and fitness crowd.

A CITY
BEHIND YOU

Counter-drone technology holds the sky. 44 safety marshals hold the course.

UISEONG, COUNTER-DRONE CITY

Drone soccer, drone piloting, a counter-drone jammer simulator, laser shooting. The day does not end with the race - the activity zone runs separately for families and spectators who are not running.

SAFETY BEFORE SPEED

Your safety outranks your result. Obstacles are graded high, medium and low risk, each with its own throughput limit and marshal count, and the risky ones always have a bypass.

MANDATORY OBSTACLES

Failing one means disqualification as a rule. The race director may substitute a time penalty instead.

Fail one and you keep racing after 30 burpees or a penalty loop. Loop distance depends on where the obstacle sits and what the terrain allows.

RULE 03

OFFICIAL TIME FORMULA

Chip time (net) + penalty time − official deductions. Checkpoint clearances are published alongside it.
